-Develop new product portfolio strategies, through internal development and/or external business development opportunities.
-Build business case, product development requirements and launch plans for new HCP- and consumer-use medical device and data management systems.
-Represent Japan on global core teams for new product development and launches.
Understand and communicate key customer insights, including HCP, hospital and patient needs; competitive environment and strategies; key market statistics, economic and external environment trends.
-Lead Japan cross-functional teams for commercialization and launch plans, including promotional marketing teams, sales training and customer service
-Lead annual strategic planning process for the franchise.
-Manage 1-2 direct reports, mentor and train broader marketing team.
